GH series hermetic metal motor pumps (horizontal design)

DESIGN FEATURES AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION:

  • leakage elimination, working chamber separated from environment by a stationary shield made of stainless steels, alloys and technical ceramics;
  • recommended to replace pumps with shaft mechanical seals with complex piping, to be used with combustible, explosive and toxic media;
  • torque transfer via SmCo and NdFeB permanent magnets;
  • minimum maintenance required during the entire service life, does not require barrier fluid;
  • liquid end made of stainless steels and alloys;
  • volume content of non-abrasive solids (up to 0.2 mm) in the pumped medium up to 0.5%;
  • used to handle aggressive and toxic liquids, and oil products;
  • working temperature from –40° to +250°С;
  • excellent anti-cavitaion properties, optional designs include pre-started axial stage (inducer);
  • comply with TDFA.062443.300TU;
  • comply with the Customs Union Technical Regulations TR TS 004, 010, 012;
  • certificates for design and manufacturing nuclear power plant equipment.
