GHS series chemical self-priming motor pumps

DESIGN FEATURES AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION:

  • handling an emergency spillage of chemical, toxic and explosive substances;
  • extracting media from buried tanks and pits in hazardous facilities;
  • liquid end made of stainless steels and alloys;
  • torque transfer via a system of SmCo and NdFeB permanent magnets;
  • manufactured in accordance with TDFA.062443.300TU;
  • handling concentrated acids, alkali, and other aggressive media during unloading truck or railway tank containers through the upper manhole;
  • comply with the Customs Union Technical Regulations TR TS 004, 010, 012.

 

Innovative solutions and original design of the GHS self-priming pumps are protected by RF Patent No. 2351805.

 

LIQUID END MATERIALS:

  • 12X18H10T type steel (C 0.12%, Cr 18%, Ni 10%, Ti up to 1.5%);
  • 06XH28MДT alloy (C 0.06%, Cr, Ni 28%, Mo, Cu, Ti);
  • 10X17H13M2T type steel (C 0.10%, Cr 17%, Ni 13%, Mo 2%, Ti up to 1.5%).

 

 

 

 

Activities undertaken to simplify starting, operation and maintenance of commercially available chemical self-priming pumps have led to the accumulation of a vast body of research by the company’s engineers. Design and development research carried out in the area of self-priming centrifugal pumps paved the way for introduction of a number of original design solutions. The results of these activities are:

  • high efficiency;
  • low power consumption;
  • reduction of the unit’s life-cycle cost;
  • no need for in-operation maintenance;
  • small size and weight;
  • permanent self-priming characteristics over entire service life.
