GHI series semi-submersible vertical motor pumps

DESIGN FEATURES AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION:

  • total leakage elimination, working chamber separated from environment by a stationary shield made of metal or ceramics;
  • submersion depth 0.8 to 9 m;
  • liquid end made of stainless steels and alloys;
  • to be used in hazardous facilities to handle toxic, combustible and explosive media, petrochemical products and liquefied gases, including those at high temperatures;
  • объемное содержание твердых неабразивных включений в рабочей среде до 0,5% размером до 0,2 мм;
  • density of pumped media up to 1,850 kg/m3;
  • working temperature from –40° to +150°С;
  • equipped with built-in filter or cyclone separator to clean the pumped liquid (containing up to 3% solid particles up to 2 mm large) and deliver it to the roller bearings;
  • comply with TDFA.062443.300TU;
  • comply with the Customs Union Technical Regulations TR TS 004, 010, 012;
  • certificates for design and manufacturing nuclear power plant equipment.

  • 06XH28MДT alloy (C 0.06%, Cr, Ni 28%, Mo, Cu, Ti);

GHI Series semi-submersible pumps designed to fully eliminate leakages from the working chamber have been widely used to handle highly hazardous substances, such as hydrogen fluoride.
For extra safety and the possibility to control leakages and mitigate emergency consequences, GHI pumps can be manufactured with a double encapsulation system including pressurizing the suspension cavity with an inert gas.
